What to include
in your request.

For a cross-dock

Share your company and contact, arrival date and time, pallet count, requested door if known, trailer number, freight dimensions and the next carrier or destination.

For trailer rental

Choose a trailer type, pickup time and rental end date. Add the intended use and any equipment requirements so the team can check availability and terms.

Before you arrive

Wait for direct confirmation and the assigned door. Tell us ahead of time about after-hours arrival, oversized freight, special handling or access needs.

How does appointment confirmation work?

Submitting a form sends a request; it does not reserve a physical dock door. Calendar slots are held pending review. Tretiak Group confirms the appointment, door assignment or trailer availability directly.

Can I arrive outside regular hours?

After-hours, weekend and holiday service must be arranged in advance and is subject to confirmation. Call (469) 734-1603 to coordinate.

Pallet sizes, quoted rates and service availability are subject to confirmation with the warehouse team before dispatch.
